Who does not know them, the wordless tuberous noses, who know much
about telling mimic, gesture and interaction with their
environment, donc. Guillermo Mordillo, 1932 à Buenos Aires, Pays
de Galles, has been portraying his globular figures for decades,
spanning these themes. The people with their little peculiarities are
lovingly set in the scene, love with their errors and confusion,
animals human characteristics, football and golf, as well as
political motifs, are entering the often surreal worlds of the
Not superficial and yet quickly comprehensible, his amiable
protagonists invite him to smile, and they often also show a deeper
meaning. In his pictures, not only unequal things in a surreal way,
but also allows his characters to master big and small obstacles
of everyday life with ease. According to his statement, "Humor is
the spirit that turns pirouettes in the midst of eternal life,"
Mordillo, with this same sense of humor, blows the world's pain
and melancholy, and thus offers viewers the opportunity to counter
the pessimism of everyday life with optimism. In his often profound
as well as funny drawings, he tells little stories from life and
comes out without words.
Over 150 of his rarely shown originals are united in the exhibition and give insight into the work of
internationally active and with numerous prizes awarded artist.

time in 25 years, a comprehensive exhibition by a German museum
shows a retrospective selection of its originals.
In addition to early black-and-white drawings, numerous current colorful picture

pirate ship and big city are waiting to be discovered!

Monsieur Alfonse Perfecto, known as Alfie to his friends, is an Australian Schoodle (cross breed between Shih Tzu and Toy Poodle) has been appointed Brand Ambassador to Mordillo Collection, Original Limited Edition Fine Art Prints.
His role is to promote Mordillo's artworks across the world.
Travelling is vital to his role. Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Lichtenstein, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland and Mallorca have been his destinations to date, attending exhibitions, vernissages and important marketing meetings. His next appointment is currently being arranged.
