Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to all offers made by BUCHINGER INH. PÖHLMANN GMBH & COKG and all orders placed by you and concluded between us in relation to the sale of our products offered on this website.
We do not accept returns, unless goods you received are damaged or the incorrect item has been shipped. We are committed to 100% quality products.
Return and replacement of incorrect or damaged goods
If we shipped you the wrong item or your item(s) arrives damaged, then email us a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, condition of shipping packaging and copy of your tax invoice to email@example.com. Please send your request within 30 days of receipt of goods. Your request will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an instruction regarding your replacement. We also require you to return the damaged or incorrect goods to us. Please be aware that you are obligated to bear the direct cost of returning the goods and we strongly recommend to return your item(s) via a trackable method.
Acceptance of Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In such event your only recourse is the return of amount paid by you related to such order (if any).
We attempt to describe our products offered as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. Please note that most of the images on the website are protected with a watermark. The watermark will not be on goods supplied to the consumer.
We are not liable for any financial damage (including but not limited to the cost of any replacement) that may occur because of non-timely arrival or any lack of availability of the product.
The offers by BUCHINGER INH. PÖHLMANN GMBH & COKG, your orders, and the agreements between us for the delivery of the product are subject to the laws of Austria. The courts of Austria, will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between us in relation to our products.
